MARS software is designed for the latest dynamic travel products. It also provides for a number of (optional) integrated features and supplier links. These include; WEBOOKIT our on line booking and control application and MARS ERS that provides links to External Reservations Systems such as GDS, Rail and Ferries. Standard features of MARS include; integrated Email, on each booking record, to customers and suppliers, VOIP telephone facilities and internal task management

The application provides a complete booking, product and administration facilities plus financial controls. All tour product business is handled through MARS from Product set up through reservations to invoicing and supplier payment authorisation. MARS continues to develop, on a daily basis, and all customers have access to the same version and features via regular releases. Major new feature releases are sent with a Webcast to illustrate functionality.

Development of MARS is both company and customer driven. Mach Associates instigate application improvements based on market demands, trends and technology platform advances whilst our customers launch product and operational generated developments. The latter is driven by individual customers (or sometimes groups) who pay for their own developments and these are shared with other users at the next release date. It is a practice that is proven to give all customers equal access to system improvements and over the medium term spreads costs.

MARS is developed using the latest technology standards. Software is developed using C# and uses Microsoft .Net Core and Azure. The latter enables us to offer larger users a sophisticated report writing facility.

A standard hosted solution is offered to all customers. This based on proven 99.99% system availability over that past five years. Optional and separate Server solutions and Service Level Agreements are available for customers who require them. Normally customers commence operations on the standard hosted solution and evaluate their Server needs after operational experience with the system.
